See You Next Tuesday’ is a drama film; it appears that film is independent and came out in 2013. It is directed by Drew Tobia and is Tobia’s first feature length film. The film gives an honest and unrestrained depiction of family problems, mental problems and human relation challenges.
Synopsis
Mona (Eleanore Pienta) who is the focus of the story, is an expecting mother dealing with some mental health problems and dysfunctional family relationships. After she was laid off from her position of a grocery store attendant, her erratic behavior takes a toll on her and gets her expelled from her mother May’s (Dana Eskelson) house. In times of desperation, she reaches out to her sister Jordan (Molly Plunk) and Jordan’s girlfriend Sylve (Keisha Zollar). They are also not able to readily enjoy his presence, because it only escalates problems in their relation and unravels more hurtful problems within the tight family.

- Dana Eskelson as May: The role of Mona’s mother is played like a tough love by Eskelson, who is a big fan of vodka herself.

Critical Reception
“See You Next Tuesday” is a mixed bag of favorable praise and adverse criticism. Writers have, however, been midly impressed with it’s close scenes covering complex characters and disfunction of family. The New York Times remarked on [this] when observing the film; “‘…depicting quarrels between sisters, in addition to the customary rough things, is fun for some reason. There are involuntary moments of laughter, which are later surprising moments of tenderness’”. The film has received generally favorable reviews, given its 89% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes from critics.
